No Kindness Around…
Never seen each other eye to eye,
All this time, the time went so slowly pass by…
Your hate grew bigger and bigger,
Misunderstanding my feelings you got triggered…
The words coming from your mouth,
Hurt me inside with loud shouts,
Left me with long-lasting pain…
Each stroke came to my heart.
Like a lashing of a cane…
Each time you turned to me,
Asking to be excused…
Anticipating a kinder future,
I continued to love you as before…
Slept peacefully for just a night or two,
Things turned once again blue…
As the morning erupted,
Everything was back to square one…
Pushing me into the darkness,
Regretting that no kindness was around…
